On April 10, 2026, the Department of Physical Education and Informatics organized a meeting at the university for students, police representatives, and representatives of the West Kazakhstan Region and Uralsk legal departments on the topic “Law and Order – the Foundation of Societal Stability and Development.”
Students and faculty participated in the event. Speakers included Judge of Uralsk City Court No. 2 Zhanargul Zhumasitovna Rakhmetova, Police Captain Muldir Kairatovna Nurkayatova of the Abai Police Department of Uralsk, and Police Lieutenant Meirbek Erbolovich, a criminal investigation officer of the Abai Police Department of Uralsk. The speakers urged citizens to comply with the law and not disturb public order, emphasizing that crime prevention is everyone’s personal responsibility. They emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of legal awareness, and explained the need to improve legal literacy and lead a responsible and law-abiding lifestyle. During the event, videos covering various offenses were shown. Students actively participated and had their questions answered.
