EDUCATIONAL AND METHODICAL WORK
The departmentis engaged in providing highly qualified teachers with high-quality education and барлық үлгідегі білім беру мекемелерінде training of specialists competent in designing, conducting the educational process in educational institutions of all types, psychological and pedagogical research on personal and social development of pupils, implementing developmental and correctional programs taking into account individual and age characteristics of students.
Teachers plan that the information presented in the lecture sessions corresponds to the current stage of science development in order to develop students ‘ flexibility in the profession, aimed at forming systematic, accurate material, and a detailed vision of the student. Skilfully implements the use of business games, trainings, presentations, psychological tests in lecture classes.
In order to introduce innovative technologies into the educational process, get acquainted with best practices, open lessons, master classes and mutual teacher classes are organized on the basis of methodically problem-based training, game technologies, level-based training, group training, self-development (according to Montessori), developmental training, SRT, modular technologies.
In order to implement the practice-oriented dual training system required today, contracts were signed with the Ural Humanitarian and Economic College, KSU Secondary General Education School No. 10 named after A. Baitursynov, nursery School No. 10 “Balapan” and cooperation was established as a branch of the department. According to the planned events, psychologists of schools and kindergartens organize a series of lectures, round tables, seminars on mental changes in the child’s character depending on age, on ways to improve relationships in the team, methods of solving family psychological, pedagogical and social situations. Participates in the analysis of educational programs as employers. Integrated classes, practical training, and career guidance are systematically implemented on these databases.
Academic mobility of university students is carried out on the basis of international agreements with foreign partner universities (international programs, memoranda and cooperation agreements, exchange and scholarship programs), as well as agreements with universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan: in particular, our department-Samara State Socio-Pedagogical University, West Kazakhstan University named after M. Utemisov K. Zhubanov worked in unity with the Aktobe Regional University.Baisheva.
RESEARCH WORK
The number of teachers of the department with a scientific category is 12.Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Professor S. M. Bakhisheva, candidates of sciences, experienced teachers are engaged in scientific, educational and methodological work on topical issues of pedagogy and psychology.
By order of enterprises and production facilities Subject of the research work on the basis of a household contract commissioned by enterprises and industries: “development of metadata of college teachers through project activities in the organization of self-education “(contract No. 0121RKD0191 dated November 16, 2021). Head of research work Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor S. M. Bakhisheva contract research work is carried out at the Ural Humanitarian and Economic College. The purpose of the research work is to develop the metadata of college teachers through project activities in the organization of self-education.
Under the guidance of Ph. D., Professor Tasimova A. A., systematic work is being carried out on a scientific project on the topic “Innovative pedagogical technologies as a basis for the formation of pedagogical skills of teachers and competencies of future specialists” тақырыбындағы ғылыми жоба жоспарлы түрде жұмыс жасалуда (2019-202-2022 ж.ж).
Under the guidance of Ph. D. Associate Professor G. K. Dzhonisova, a research project is being conducted on the topic “improving the competence of educators through pedagogical technologies”. The curriculum includes an elective subject on the topic: “ways to form the competencies of preschool teachers”. An advanced training course is being held for city educators.
Professor Tasimova A. A. is a corresponding member of the Concord Academy (France) and works closely with the Belgian Institute for Contemporary Education and Research.
There is a research laboratory “research of problems of transformation of educational design in the digital age”. The supervisor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor S. M. Bakhisheva studies the organization, conduct and coordination of scientific research on topical issues of education, scientific and methodological support for innovative activities of educational organizations.
Under the leadership of S. M. Bakhisheva, a scientific project on the topic “pedagogical design of mixed learning based on the integration of digital educational technologies in universities” was prepared for the competition for grant funding for scientific and (or) scientific and technical projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2024, which received a positive assessment from the National Academic Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In order to establish relations with foreign educational institutions on a contractual basis with the Samara State Socio-Pedagogical University, a research project is being conducted on the topic “pedagogical and psychological aspects of the use of innovative technologies for teaching and educating subjects in the educational process”.
For students, there are rooms of inclusive education, pedagogical skills and an ethnopedagogy room named after Professor Kozhakhmetova K. Zh. The rooms are equipped with methodological materials, modern multimedia and technical means.
Practice
In accordance with the educational programs of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, the following types of professional practice are planned:
1) study (introductory) practice (2 semesters, 1 course, 2 weeks in the amount of 2 credits, 60 hours);
2) psychological and pedagogical practice (4 semesters of 2 courses, 2 weeks in the amount of 2 credits, 60 hours);
3) teaching practice (3rd year, 6 credits, 6 weeks in the amount of 180 hours);
4) industrial and pedagogical practice (8 semester of the 4th year, 10 weeks, 10 credits, in the amount of 300 hours).
Terms of practice are assigned in accordance with the theoretical training of students and the capabilities of the practice base and training and production (in accordance with the academic calendar and schedule of the educational process).
According to these educational programs, students receive internships as a base of practice in pre-school educational institutions, general educationschools, special psychological correctional institutions, and psychological‑and pedagogical correctional institutions.
