In 2004, he graduated from M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Social and Cultural Services and Tourism and received the qualification of Tourism Manager. In 2008, he entered the master’s program at M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University, specializing in 6N0608 Ecology, which he completed in 2010 with a Master of Ecology degree.
In 2022, he graduated from the European Institute of Applied Sciences and Management (Prague, Czech Republic) with a degree in Tourism, receiving a PhD in Hotel Management, Tourism, and Event Management. He has worked in the field since 1995, including 20 years in education.
Since 2006, he has been working at the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.

He was awarded medals and letters of gratitude from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region and heads of departments.
Awarded the Certificate of Honor and a badge for his contribution to the development of the volunteer movement and promotion of youth policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan (2015);
In 2018, he was awarded a letter of thanks on behalf of the Department for Language Development of the West Kazakhstan Region for organizing the Golden Bridge International festival, dedicated to the Year of Youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan and held to strengthen social and cultural ties with representatives of the Kazakh diaspora in the Russian Federation;
In 2018, he was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development of youth and family policy in the West Kazakhstan region;
In 2019, he was awarded by K. Shamshidinova a Letter of Gratitude from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his contribution to the Xth Summer Universiade from May 13 to 18, 2019 , in the West Kazakhstan region, organized by the National Scientific and Practical Center for Physical Culture of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, with the support of the regional department of physical culture and sports .

In 2021–2022, he was awarded Letters of Appreciation from the Akims of the West Kazakhstan Region and the city of Uralsk for outstanding achievements in the education and upbringing of the younger generation. Based on the results of 2020, he became a laureate of the WKITU competition “Leader of the Year – 2019” in the nomination “For supporting the image of the university”.
