From 1993 to 1997, he studied at the Philological Faculty of the Utemsov West Kazakhstan University, specializing in Kazakh and Russian Language Teacher. From 2004 to 2006, he completed his master’s degree at this university.
In 2010, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on the topic “Methods of teaching public speaking in the 7th grade of the Kazakh school” and received the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
He is the author of several textbooks, a monograph and more than 20 articles. He has many professional development certificates. He was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the badge “Ibrai Altynsarin”, letters of appreciation and diplomas from the akim of the West Kazakhstan Region and the city of Uralsk, Rector of the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology.
