Student design bureau of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities of WKITU, date of formation November 2021.

Created to assist in the conduct of research and development work and the possible implementation of the results of scientific and technical activities in production, using the educational and scientific potential of the relevant departments of the University of technical orientation.

Members of SKB IHF can be university students of full-time and full-time (distance) forms of education, as well as undergraduates involved in research and scientific research by specialized technical departments.

The basis of the research activities of SKB IHF are the topics of the main departments aimed at the creation, modernization and adjustment of various devices, equipment and machines, as well as the topics specified in the agreements concluded by the university with specialized research institutes, technical universities, industrial enterprises and other organizations.

The activity of SKB IHF is complementary to the main educational process carried out within the framework of the educational programs of the University, one of the main goals of SKB IHF are:
Creation of an effective mechanism for conducting research and development work by attracting students and schoolchildren to scientific and technical creativity.
Selection of students according to personal abilities and motivation to conduct independent research and development activities.
Providing conditions for the project method of teaching for students in the framework of long-term projects of SKB IHF.
Creating conditions for students to implement personal projects in various fields, etc.

The main tasks that SKB IHF pursues in its activities:
Development of youth interest in research and development, implementation of the results of scientific activities in production.
Stimulation of the scientific and technical sphere for the comprehensive use of the production potential of industrial enterprises and organizations.
Development of interregional and international relations in the innovation sphere in the form of agreements with relevant industrial enterprises and organizations, specialized research institutes and higher educational institutions, etc.
