Today, on October 14, 2022, at 11 o’clock, a meeting of students of educational programs 6B04202-Jurisprudence, 6B04203-Legal regulation of transportation, movement and operation of transport with the chairman of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the West Kazakhstan region Davletova Altynai Abubakirovna took place. The meeting was organized by S.teachers of the Department of Law and CF Zh.K. Tuleugalieva, A.Zh.Sarsenova.

During the meeting, the Chairman spoke about the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also explained that According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 500 dated January 26, 2021 “On specialized administrative courts”, a new Specialized interdistrict Administrative Court of the West Kazakhstan Region was formed.  The Court was created as part of the introduction of administrative justice in the Republic of Kazakhstan to consider public law disputes between state bodies and individuals, legal entities.

Altynai Abubakirovna explained the procedure of judicial proceedings in administrative cases to students by examples. She told about the problems of the administrative process.
