On April 6, 2023, a meeting was held at the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University with the young teaching staff of the Pedagogical faculty on the topic: “The path of growth: from teacher to professor.” The guest of this event, dedicated to the Day of Science Workers, was Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor Bakhisheva Svetlana Mendigalievna. During the meeting, the scientist shared interesting cases of his student period. Svetlana Mendigalievna is a teacher who has received recognition for managerial abilities and innovations in the field of education, who has gone from a teacher to a school leader, as well as for her outstanding achievements in the introduction of critical thinking technologies in national schools, methodological support and development of a new type of school.
Special respect for her mentor – Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor Mukhambetzhanova A.M. caused the participants of the meeting to tell about her. Svetlana Mendigalievna shared her attitudes and principles that guide her in raising children not only at school, but also in the family. A great motivation for young specialists was the formation of a scientist on the path of science, combination with experience in education, dedication to overcoming difficulties, and the ability to achieve results.
