On September 11, 2026, a meeting between representatives of the West Kazakhstan regional internal affairs authorities and students was held at the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University. The meeting was organized within the framework of the “Law and Order” concept under the theme “Legal Culture – The Key to a Bright Future.”
During the meeting, Special guests invited to the meeting included Police Captain Muldіr Kairatovna Nurkaytova, an inspector for juvenile affairs and a district police inspector of the Abai Police Department of the Uralsk City Police Department, and Police Captain Rustem Serikuly Mukhambetyarov, Senior Operative Officer of the Criminal Police Department of the Abai Police Department of the Uralsk City Police Department.of the law enforcement authorities spoke about the importance of compliance with legislation, respect for the law, maintaining public order, and preventing offenses among young people. Particular attention was paid to legal responsibility, common types of offenses among young people, and preventive measures.
At the end of the meeting, students were encouraged to know and respect their rights and responsibilities, comply with the law, maintain public order, and demonstrate civic responsibility.
