On April 6, 2023, the Department of Natural Sciences of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University held the International Scientific and Practical Conference: “Historical, Pedagogical Aspects of Local History in Physical Culture and Sports Activities”, dedicated to the memory of the Candidate of Pedagogy, Academician of the Moscow International Academy of Tourism and Local History, Professor of the Department of Natural Sciences Nikolai Nikolaevich Peresvetov.

The purpose of the conference is to comprehend the current state, trends in the development of physical culture and sports, the role of physical culture and sports local history in the scientific works of Peresvetov N.N.

The conference was attended by such leading universities as Belgorod State National Research University (Belgorod, Russia), Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism (Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan), Pridnestrovian State University. T.G. Shevchenko (Tiraspol, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic), Homs Military Academy (Syria).
