On April 17, within the framework of the signed memorandum of cooperation between the ZKITU and the Bar Association for the West Kazakhstan Region and the work plan of the department for students 2,3, the course on the educational program 6B04207 Judicial and Prosecutorial activities, a guest lecture was given by the Chairman of the Bar Association for the West Kazakhstan region, “Honored Worker of the Bar of the Republic of Kazakhstan” Kaliev Yerzhan Nasimullinovich on the topic “Topical issues of the application of civil legislation”.

The lecturer told the students in detail about the practical application of civil legislation by the courts, emerging legal disputes between participants in the process and the procedure for their consideration of applications from citizens and legal entities. About the role of lawyers and their participation in civil law cases in the courts.

The Chairman of the Board focused on the structure and tasks facing the bar association, which currently employs 232 lawyers in our region. Answering the students’ questions, Yerzhan Nasimullinovich spoke about his student years, the early years of his career working as a lawyer and judge in the Far East, after graduating from the Saratov Law Institute in 1987 and later continuing to work as a lawyer, judge, chairman of the Burlinsky district court in our region.
