A roundtable discussion on «Artificial Intelligence in the Diagnosis of Animal Diseases» was held for master’s students of the Veterinary Medicine educational program. During the event, modern approaches to the use of artificial intelligence technologies, their potential for improving diagnostic accuracy, and their effectiveness in veterinary practice were thoroughly discussed.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly being integrated into various fields of medicine and biotechnology, and veterinary medicine is no exception. Intelligent systems allow for the automation of routine processes, improved accuracy in diagnosis and forecasting, and enhanced quality of animal care.
The master’s students shared their views on the use of AI in early disease detection, data analysis, and the automated processing of images and medical records. The advantages and limitations of AI systems were also considered using specific clinical case examples.
The roundtable was conducted in an interactive format, sparked great interest among participants, and provided a platform for exchanging ideas about the prospects of using AI in scientific research and practical veterinary work.
