On February 18, 2026, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Institute of Education and Management was held to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Uldai Kabakhanovna Doukarieva, Candidate of Philology, associate professor.
The event was organized by the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Studies. During the meeting, the Academic Council particularly recognized the celebrant’s many years of fruitful work, her high professionalism, and her significant contribution to the development of philological science and the training of qualified specialists.
The first congratulatory message was sent on behalf of the University founders. A congratulatory address was read and commemorative gifts were presented on behalf of Professors Tuyakbai Zeyitovich Rysbekov and Bayan Gabbasovna Shintimirova, Doctors of Historical Sciences. The congratulatory message praised Uldai Kabakhanovna’s research and teaching work and her contribution to the development of the national education system.
At the Academic Council meeting, WKITU Rector Shakeshev B.T., Candidate of technical science, and the university’s vice-rectors expressed their sincere wishes to the celebrant.
During the meeting, A.S. Tasmagambetov, Director of the Institute of Education and Management, Doctor of History, professor, heads of structural divisions, and representatives of the departments of academic activity, research, and digitalization highly praised the celebrant’s research and teaching work.
Furthermore, the Academic Council meeting was attended by invited guests: A.A. Akbulatov, Dean of the Faculty of Philology at M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan University, and director of “ATiSO” college S.T. Kapanova and faculty from the Zh. Dosmukhamedov’s Higher Pedagogical College.
During the meeting, students, colleagues, and representatives of the professional community spoke with warm words, praising Uldai Kabakhanovna’s teaching career, her scientific background, her high moral character, and her professional authority.
