On February 18, 2026, a master class entitled “Effective Ways of Applying Innovative Approaches” was organized at the Institute of Industry Technologies. The event was conducted by A.K. Oteuova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law, Master of Legal Sciences.

The purpose of the master class was to demonstrate effective ways of applying innovative technologies in the educational process, as well as to enhance teachers’ professional competence through the practical use of modern teaching methods and techniques.

During the event:

• the importance of innovative approaches in education was discussed;
• effective ways of applying active learning methods and interactive technologies were demonstrated;
• practical examples of differentiated instruction and formative assessment were presented;
• approaches to the effective use of digital educational resources in the learning process were examined.

In the practical session, participants worked in groups to develop specific mechanisms for implementing innovative methods in their respective disciplines and exchanged professional experience. Productive feedback was organized during the discussion, and participants shared their suggestions and opinions.

The master class was conducted at a high methodological level and generated significant interest among the participants. Such events contribute to teachers’ professional development, encourage creative exploration, and improve the quality of the educational process.
