In order to inform future applicants about the possibilities of obtaining high-quality higher education at the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, career guidance work was carried out in schools and colleges of Atyrau region.

In the period from April 7 to April 11, 2025, employees of the department of career guidance and admission, K.K. Zhanyarov, B.R. Aldongarov, visited secondary schools and colleges, where they held meetings with students of graduating classes and courses. During the meetings, explanations were given on the admission rules to the University, a list of bachelor’s degree programs, study conditions, grants and discounts, as well as opportunities for students to participate in the scientific, creative and sports life of the university were presented.

Prospective applicants showed activity and interest, asking questions about their choice of profession, sought-after specialties, internship opportunities and subsequent employment. Special attention was paid to the advantages of studying at our university — a modern educational base, qualified teaching staff, well-developed infrastructure and a busy student life.
