On April 11, 2025, with the support of the Aktobe Regional Veterinary Department, Serik Ganievich Kanatbaev, Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety at the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, Doctor of Biological Sciences, organized a scientific seminar on “Measures to combat brucellosis in animals.” The scientific seminar was attended by veterinary specialists of Aktobe region and heads of farms. Professor S. G. Kanatbayev, in turn, made a presentation with the help of extensive presentation materials on how to effectively combat brucellosis in general and how to get rid of it quickly, due to the frequent infection of animals with brucellosis in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In addition, he elaborated on the strategy and tactics of combating brucellosis in animals of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the scientific seminar, comprehensive answers were given to many questions from veterinary specialists and farm managers.
