On 5th of September, 2023 at 15.00, the Department of General Educational Disciplines of the Engineering and Humanitarian Faculty organized and held a patriotic event “Kazakhstan halkynyn tili kuni”.
The purpose of the event is to instill students’ interest in knowledge of languages, the formation of patriotism through the study of the cultural heritage of the people. The event was moderated by St. teacher of the department Kurmanova Zh.B.
The event was attended by 1st year students of EP 6B07301 “Architecture”, 6B07201 “Oil and Gas Business”, 2nd year students of EP 6B11301 “Organization of Transportation, Traffic and Transport Operation”, 6B04202 “Jurisprudence”.
The head of the department of general education disciplines, candidate of historical sciences, professor WKITU Kadyrgaliev N.M. made a welcoming speech. Then candidate of philological sciences, assistant professor, WKITU Shkanova B.A. made a report “Memlekettik til – el tauelsizdiginin kepili”. In the middle of the event, teacher Kurmanova Zh.B. Together with the activist Laykova A., group YuR-21, they held a quiz “Winged Words”. The patriotic event was held in one breath, the students actively answered the questions asked. The purpose of the event was achieved.
