On September 4, 2023, the traditional language festival “Tildin Mereyi – Eldin Mereyi”, dedicated to the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan, took place in Uralsk.
During the festival, public figures in the field of language policy were awarded for public activity in the implementation of language policy and contribution to improving the status of the state language.
The certificate of honor of the akim of the city of Uralsk was awarded to the professor of the department of philology, culture and teaching methods of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, Doctor of Philology Sabyr Murat Bokenbaiuly, and the senior lecturer of the department Kuanysh Talap Taimasuly was awarded the sign “Til zhanashyry” on behalf of the akim of Uralsk.
On September 5, 2023, at the national language festival “Til – tutastyk tuy”, dedicated to the Day of languages of the People of Kazakhstan, senior lecturer of the Department of Philology, Culture and Teaching Methods of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University Kuanysh Talap Taimasuly was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for significant contribution to expanding the scope of the state language.
