From September 22 to 28, 2022, a week of mental hygiene and psychoprophylaxis was held in the military unit. Within the framework of this event, senior teachers of the Pedagogical Faculty, the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology Baymukhanova Balzhan Kadyrgalievna and Zhumagulova Gulshat Amerkhanovna provided practical assistance in studying the personality of a young fighter, carried out joint work to ensure that newly arrived army soldiers quickly and better adapted to service and combat activities in the army. On September 30, at the initiative of v/h 5517 in the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, a round table was held on the topic “The state of prevention of suicidal manifestations among military personnel on the eve of autumn”, which was attended by senior teachers of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty of Pedagogy of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, Ph.D. Kadyrzhanova Zh.E. and Zhumagulova G.A. The event was attended by a representative of a religious denomination – the imam of the regional mosque, a representative of the youth wing “Zhastar Rukhy”, a psychiatrist, a private practical psychologist and psychologists-law enforcement officers.
