From November 4, 2024 to February 14, 2025, students of the PR0013 course, a pedagogical retraining program at the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, completed teaching internships in the city’s schools, where they were assigned. This practice is especially important for those students who do not have a pedagogical education, but plan to become teachers in the future. During the practice, they mastered the teaching methodology, successfully combining theoretical knowledge with real professional activity. On February 20, 2025, the final conference of pedagogical practice was held, at which the audience presented a comprehensive analysis of the knowledge and experience gained. They demonstrated steps towards improving their professional skills. The heads of the practice, in various training trajectories: Kazakh language and literature – PhD, associate Professor Bekmasheva A. N., computer science – PhD, Associate Professor Arystanova A. B., foreign languages – senior lecturer Makasheva F. N., listened to the reports of the listeners and gave positive assessments of the work done.
