On November 24, 2022, a class of students of the educational programs 6B04202-Jurisprudence, 6B04203-Legal regulation of transportation, movement and operation of transport took place in the Operational Management Center of the DP of the West Kazakhstan Region.

The lesson was organized by senior teachers of the Department of Law of the IGF of ZKITU A.Zh. Sarsenova, Zh.K. Tuleugalieva, G.B.Aralbekov.

During the lesson, students learned about the activities of the TSOU, which is a structural unit of the Police Department. In its activities, the Center is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as the Regulations on the TSOU.  In order to ensure the safety of citizens and the protection of public order, the DP Operational Management Center operates smoothly around the clock. To date, more than 20 thousand video cameras, including 9 thousand cameras of the Sergek hardware and software complex, have been brought to the Central Control Center as part of the “carpet covering”. Along with this, more than 3,500 cameras of the “cloud video surveillance” system are installed and functioning in the entrances of apartment buildings, which are integrated into this Center. With the help of video cameras, crimes are solved, administrative offenses are also detected. The hardware and software complex “Sergek” identifies traffic violations.
