on November 18, 2022 in the morning, senior lecturer of the Department of Law Gabdualiev M.T. conducted a practice-oriented lesson for students of the educational program 6B04202-Jurisprudence on the topic “Rights and obligations of participants in civil proceedings”. The practical lesson was organized by the advisors of the groups of the Department of Law of the IGF ZKITU A.Zh. Sarsenova, Zh.K. Tuleugalieva, G.B.Aralbekov.

During the classes, students discussed with the teacher about the rights and obligations of persons participating in the civil process, namely, that those participating in the case have the right to get acquainted with the case materials, make extracts from them and make copies; declare challenges; present evidence and participate in their study; ask questions to other persons participating in the case, witnesses, experts and specialists; to submit petitions, including for taking measures to secure the claim, to provide evidence, to request additional evidence, to apply conciliation procedures; to give oral and written explanations to the court; to present their arguments on all issues arising during the trial; to object to the petitions and arguments of other persons involved in the case; to participate in court debates, etc.
