On October 26, 2023, the Aktobe Law Institute, as part of a scientific study commissioned by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held an international round table on the topic: “Tactics and methods of investigation and disclosure of criminal offenses against the management order”.

 During the round table, five reports were heard on the specifics of tactics and methods of disclosure and investigation of criminal offenses of this composition, as well as examples of foreign experience in prevention and counteraction. PhD Associate Professor Abdrashit A. and senior lecturer Tauzhanov A.M. made a report from the Department of Law of the IOT of ZKITU. Then, as part of the discussions, issues of improving domestic legislation and increasing the effectiveness of investigative activities in the investigation of crimes of this category were raised.

 At the end of the round table, the head of the department, police Colonel N.T. Sakhanova, made a speech, which summed up and summarized that the problems of illegal manufacture, production, acquisition, sale or use of special technical means of secretly obtaining information cause significant harm to the constitutional rights of citizens and are a social problem of modern society, which means that there is a need to tighten responsibility for this type of criminal offenses. All recommendations and suggestions developed within the framework of the round table will be reflected in the results of the scientific research.
