On February 3, another training seminar on the methodology of teaching history was held at the Department of History and Law of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University. A history teacher of a specialized boarding school for gifted children of the West Kazakhstan region “Bilim-innovation”, Deputy director for specialized training, Master of Historical Sciences Nurtazina Aigerim Bazarovna held a training seminar. The purpose of the master class on the curriculum “World History” is to teach students to work in a group with the control of acquired knowledge through group tasks, team spirit education, achieving the ability of students to listen to the opinions of their colleagues, to use the knowledge gained in practice.

The games that Aigerim Bazarovna specially used to reveal, consolidate, generalize the topic in the interpretation and assimilation of the material showed that this is a very effective way to arouse students’ interest in the material. During the training seminar, the students participating in the seminar were explained the fascinating, modern conduct of the lesson using innovative techniques and various information and communication tools, visual aids used in the methodology of teaching history. After completing the training seminar aimed at exchanging experience in improving the level of professional competence, creativity according to the updated educational program, Nurtazina Aigerim Bazarovna was awarded the gratitude of the Dean of the Pedagogical faculty.
