On January 27, 2023, the presentation of scientific works of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Honorary Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rysbekov Tuyakbay Zeitovich, presentation of scientific works took place at the Atameken Palace of Arts in Uralsk.
The event was attended by Akim of the West Kazakhstan region N.Toregaliev, representatives of the local intelligentsia, public figures, specialists in the field of education, librarians, representatives of the press, etc.
First, the video “Baiterek” was shown, which captures the life path and scientific creativity of Rysbekov Tuyakbay Zeitovich.
The first welcoming speech was delivered by the akim of the West Kazakhstan region Nariman Toregalievich Toregaliev. The head of the region Nariman Turegalievich and PhD, Professor Sabyr Murat Bukenbaevich held a presentation of a new book dedicated to the history of the West Kazakhstan region. At the solemn presentation of T.Z.Rysbekov was awarded the Akhmet Baitursynov Order of the Association of Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan for merits in the history of the country.
About the new book, which everyone just got acquainted with, shared the opinions of Ph.D., Professor Murat Sabyr, Ph.D. Asset Tasmagambetov, Ph.D., Professor S. B. Kurmanalin, Ph.D., Professor M. D. Kalmenov.
Special attention in the voluminous work, as Professor S.B.Kurmanalin noted, was paid to the main directions, the scientific significance of the problems under consideration, their place in the history of Kazakhstan, including in the history of the region,
I am convinced that the book that will be published and presented will take its place in the historiography of Kazakhstan, I wished new ideas and creative inspiration in the study of national history.
At the end of the evening, Tuyakbai Zeitovich himself gave a brief overview of his scientific and pedagogical activities and thanked the guests of the evening for their congratulations.
