From October 7 to December 6, 2024, the Republican online competition “Pedagogical Mastery” was held among educational organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organized by the M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan University. The purpose of the competition was to improve the information culture of teaching staff, improve their professional level, develop skills in using pedagogical and computer information technologies, as well as stimulate the activity, independence, creativity and creative search of teachers. Teachers from all over the country took part in the competition.

The competition was attended by preschool teachers, teachers of secondary schools, teachers in the system of technical and vocational education and universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A total of 57 teachers participated. The competition was held in the following areas: assessment of the pedagogical portfolio of participants in the category “My portfolio – pedagogical image”, open video panoramic lessons “Pedagogical mastery”, analysis of the theoretical and practical part of the current methodological problem, writing an article, analysis of the methods used and modern teaching technologies. Based on the results of the competition, winners and prize-winners were determined. Senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, Master of Pedagogy Kalkenova G.B. was awarded in the nomination “Best Presentation”.
