On April 08, the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities held a meeting with students of the Faculty with the participation of the founders Bozym Kazybai Karaevich, academician, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor and Bozym Aigul Kazybaevna, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor. The meeting was attended by the faculty administration, heads of structural divisions, heads of departments, deputy heads of departments, group advisors, and also B.T. Shakeshev, c.t.s. the first vice-rector-vice-rector for educational and methodological work of ZKITU.

Before the meeting, the students watched with great interest a documentary about K.K. Bozym, telling about his formation as a bright personality, a major scientist, a successful head of the university, a well-known organizer of domestic higher education.

In his speech, Kazybai Karaevich gave advice to students on how to set and achieve their goals, be competitive, useful for their country. He stressed the importance of continuous personal self-development and training, constant work on expanding their knowledge, skills, skills, professional competencies to become a sought-after specialist.

K.K. Bozymov spoke with students about the importance of having a clear civil and moral position, correct life principles.

They are based on Kazakh patriotism, social responsibility, high moral qualities, self-discipline. After all, such educated, patriotic youth will be able to build a competitive state and create an intellectual nation.

Kazybai Karaevich Bozymov also answered numerous questions from students concerning high-quality training, prospects for the development of the faculty, practical vocational training, social support for students, etc.

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the dean’s office, heads of structural divisions of the faculty, who gave answers to students’ questions on the organization of the educational process, research work of students, the introduction of ICT, the development of laboratories of departments, educational work, etc.

In conclusion, representatives of the student self-government of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities expressed great gratitude to the founders K.K. Bozym and A.K. Bozym, the Faculty administration for an interesting and useful conversation, detailed answers to questions, active support of student initiatives.

In order to implement student–centered learning, to provide effective feedback to students as our main stakeholders, meetings with students will continue to take place at the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities on an ongoing basis.
