On May 21, 2025, a round table on the topic “Choosing a profession – choosing a future” was held at the Institute of Education and Management of WKITU. The event was attended by career guidance specialists from schools in the Baiterek, Kaztalov, Borli, Syrym, Akzhaiyk, Karatobe, Zhanibek districts and Uralsk. Director of the Institute of Education and Management Tasmagambetov Asset Sembaevich greeted the guests and spoke about the procedure and rules for students to enter the university. Acting first vice-rector and vice-rector for academic and methodological issues of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University Mashanova Samal Amangeldievna gave the guests a presentation on the history and structure of the university, and the heads of departments spoke about the educational programs of the institute. School career guidance specialists asked questions and received full information on current issues. At the end of the event, specialists from the institute’s career guidance department conducted an educational tour of the University building for the guests.
