In order to expand the geography of enrollment and raise students’ awareness of learning opportunities at the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, career guidance was conducted in schools and colleges in the city of Kyzylorda.

In the period from April 7 to April 11, 2025, the head of the department of career guidance and admission, A.N. Zhubantayeva, visited educational institutions, where she held meetings with graduate students. During the meetings, schoolchildren and students were presented with the university’s educational programs, the benefits of studying at WKITU, admission conditions, academic and social support opportunities, as well as information about student life and employment prospects after graduation.

Special attention was paid to individual counseling of students on career choice, identification of strengths and interests, as well as discussion of specialties in demand on the labor market.

Career guidance plays an important role in forming an informed approach to choosing a future profession and helps attract motivated and motivated applicants to the ranks of our university students.
