One of the directions of the strategic plans of the WKITU is international cooperation.
This academic year, the Institute of Industrial Technologies launched a joint educational program with the Almetyevsk State Oil Institute.
The purpose of this program is to train highly qualified in-demand specialists who possess theoretical and practical skills, are able to formulate and effectively solve production tasks in the oil and gas industry, the tasks set:
- Creating an innovative educational environment;
- Ensuring the level of knowledge corresponding to modern requirements and requests of practice;
- Development of human resources;
- Strengthening the language training of teaching staff by compulsory participation in various foreign language courses.
- Expanding the participation of oil and gas sector employers in the educational process;
Expansion of international cooperation of the university with universities of the far and near abroad within the framework of scientific projects and academic mobility of students and teaching staff.
Such models provide a wide field for the formation of individual educational trajectories through the variable part of the educational program and the expansion of the number of modules implemented by the choice of students.
The completion of the program will increase the employment opportunities of students after graduation, provide them with the opportunity to work in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
