At the Department of Ecology and Biotechnology, a meeting was held with students of all courses on OP 6B11201 – Life safety and environmental protection, 6B09103 – Veterinary Medicine, 6B09101 – Veterinary Medicine, 7M09101/7M09102 – Veterinary Medicine, 6B07501 – Standardization and certification (by industry).

Moderators of the meeting: Head of the Department of Ecology and Biotechnology, Candidate of Chemical Sciences Baytlesova Laura Ilyasovna; senior lecturer, Master ToleuovaRaushanNurlanovna.

The meeting was actively attended by students and undergraduates, as well as advisors, senior teachers of the department MurzabekovaZh.A., Tazhbaeva D.T., Kurmasheva G.R.

The head of the department, L.I. Baytlesova, gave detailed explanations on the organization of the educational process at the university within the academic calendar for the 2021-2022 academic year, on the importance of constant attendance at classes, homework. Detailed information is also given.

Students are familiarized with the terms and conditions for the passage of educational, industrial, pre-diploma practice. Information is also given that the Department of Ecology and Biotechnology regularly updates information related to educational programs and the activities of the department on the university website wkitu.kz and in the electronic database of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities (EBD). Explanations were given to students on the use of the automated information system AIS “Platonus”, according to a survey of students on the university website.

During the meeting, the students asked many questions, including those related to tuition fees, the schedule of the summer examination session. For all questions, students received reliable, comprehensive information.
