On April 2, as part of Autism Awareness Day, leading specialists from the Center for Supporting Children with Autism delivered a lecture for students of the educational programs 6B03101–Psychology, 6B01101–Pedagogy and Psychology, 6B01201–Preschool Education, 6B01301–Primary School Pedagogy and Methodology.

In the lecture titled “Autism. One World for all of us” Galieva B.K. discussed the importance of understanding children with autism and the methods of teaching and educating them. J. Esengulova gave a lecture on “Diagnostic Examination of Children with ASD Using the ADOS Methodology” providing insight into modern diagnostic methods for autism and explaining the ADOS methodology.

The guest lecture was organized by the head of the Inclusive Education Support Office and senior lecturer Amangeldieva B.N.

This event became an important step in raising public awareness about autism and in the development of inclusive education systems.
