On March 31, 2023, at 17.00, the investigator of the SU DP of the West Kazakhstan Region, police Major Kuspanova Ainur Kanatovna gave a lecture on the topic: The procedure for applying the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Compensation Fund for Victims” to students of Educational programs 6В04202 Jurisprudence and 6В04203 Legal regulation of transportation, movement and operation of transport.

The lecturer revealed the basic terms of the Law, listed the basic principles of compensation to victims, spoke in detail about the procedure for paying compensation to victims and dwelt on the issue of sources of formation of the Compensation Fund for victims. At the end of the lecture, students actively asked questions on the topic, thereby showing interest in this lecture.
