In January 2024, an online meeting was organized for the faculty of the Institute of Industrial Technologies with Karimova Aruzhan Musaevna, program manager of the Enactus Kazakhstan project.

Topic: “What is the Enactus Kazakhstan project, how to participate in it?”

Students participating in the Enactus project create teams and implement projects whose direct goal is to improve the lives of the target audiences of these projects.

The members of the Enactus team can be students of any course, any educational program of all forms of education. Each team has curated advisors and business consultants. The team’s business mentors are volunteers with real practical business experience. Business mentors provide consulting and step-by-step support for student projects.

Enactus teams undergo trainings on the basics of project management, organization of team work, and presentation of results. The team independently selects the target audience, the content and scope of its projects, determines the number of projects and the duration of each of them.

According to the Enactus regulations, the mandatory goal of all student projects is to improve the lives of those whom students choose as their target audience. Teams that have completed registration and training, implemented successful projects and submitted mandatory reports receive an invitation to participate in the Enactus Kazakhstan regional competitions (held in April). Enactus student projects can be developed by participants after graduation and grow into a sustainable business.
