In order to discuss educational programs for the 2023-2024 academic year, the Department of Philology, Culture and Teaching Methods of the Faculty of Languages and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University held a meeting of the academic committee. The meeting was attended by the faculty of the department, undergraduates, students and employers. The employers of the graduates of the department are the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Uralsk, the school-gymnasium of aesthetic orientation, secondary school No. 40, secondary school No. 37, school lyceum No. 28 of the Education Department of Uralsk, College of Music named after. Kurmangazy Department of Education WKR, children’s Music school after D.Nurpeisova, regional scientific-universal library named after Zh. Moldagaliev, Regional Children’s and Youth Library named after. Kh. Yesenzhanov, Center for Youth Creativity, “City Cultural and Educational Association of the Department of Culture and Language Development of Uralsk” expressed their opinions on the results of training and made suggestions. Employers, in turn, make a great contribution to determining the quality of the developed educational programs. In the process of discussing educational programs, the proposals of employers were taken into account and the programs were supplemented.
