On March 11, 2025, a master class was held at the Department of Law of the Institute of Sectoral Technologies on the topic: “Methods and Techniques for Conducting Interactive Classes in Legal Disciplines.” The event was conducted by Senior Lecturer of the Department, G.K. Kuatbek.
The master class was aimed at updating teachers’ knowledge of modern teaching methods and forms.
The master class consisted of theoretical and practical parts. Methods of organizing innovative technologies were considered as a means of activating students’ cognitive activity and motivation. Experience was exchanged through direct and commented demonstration of the sequence of actions, methods, and forms of using visual modeling.
The lecturer noted that the use of methods and techniques for conducting interactive classes in legal disciplines allows:
- sharing special methods and techniques used in the classroom;
- developing students’ interest in in-depth learning of subjects, the need to learn new things;
- developing the qualities necessary for a modern specialist (diligence, rationality, efficiency, accountability, independence, responsibility, etc.);
- cultivating ethical qualities (honesty, respect for the opinions of others, interest, etc.).
The ways and forms of increasing the effectiveness of interactive methods in the training of future lawyers and how to use them were highlighted.
The result of the work leaves a positive impression, the goals and objectives have been achieved. This pedagogical experience can be recommended for further use by colleagues.
