On April 23, 2026, a ceremonial signing of the agreement on the implementation of the International Scientific Project “Electromagnetic and Electrical Stimulation of Plant Growth in Greenhouses” took place at Vavilov University. The document formalized partnership relations between Vavilov University (Saratov) and West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University in the field of food security development.

The development of international cooperation is one of the key strategic priorities of universities. The new project will make it possible to combine efforts with foreign colleagues in solving urgent problems of the agro-industrial sector, exchange experience and technologies, and create conditions for the academic mobility of students and faculty members.

Special attention within the framework of the project will be paid to the training of highly qualified specialists. The parties agreed to organize joint scientific internships and seminars involving researchers and scientists from both universities.
