On March 30, 2026, in accordance with the career guidance plan for schools and colleges in the city of Oral and the approved schedule of the department, a meeting was held with students of the Higher Engineering and Technology College majoring in “Law.”
During the event, comprehensive information was provided about the educational programs implemented at the university, and informational materials were distributed to the students. In addition, explanatory work was carried out regarding the specialties offered at the Institute of Sectoral Technologies of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University.
As part of the meeting, information was presented on the number of students at the Higher Engineering and Technology College in the 2025–2026 academic year: 14 students in group PV 932 and 9 students in group PV 22. The students were given full information about the admission procedures and entrance examination requirements.
A.A. Abdrashit, Candidate of Legal Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Law, paid special attention to the opportunities for students to undertake internships abroad within the framework of the university’s international cooperation with foreign higher education institutions, as well as to the activities of student self-government organizations.
In addition, A.A. Abdrashit introduced the students to the opportunities for obtaining a legal education, the prospects of the profession, and the demand for specialists in the field of law.
