On April 16, 2025, within the framework of the School of Pedagogical Excellence, a seminar on “Procedure for obtaining an author’s certificate” was held, organized by the Department of Energy, Automation and Computer Engineering. The moderator of the event was the senior lecturer, head of the Department of EAWT Utesheva G.Sh.

During the seminar, key issues related to the algorithm for obtaining an author’s certificate, the list of necessary documents, requirements for registration of scientific and methodological results, as well as the specifics of submitting applications were considered. The participants of the event received useful information about the rules and procedures related to the protection of intellectual property, as well as practical recommendations on the design of copyrighted materials.

Conducting such seminars helps to improve the legal literacy of teachers in matters of protecting the results of scientific work, stimulates the development of scientific and methodological activities and promotes the active participation of teachers in the process of creating and registering their own developments.
