On November 13-14, 2023, students prepared video clips on the topics: “The national tenge is a symbol of the country’s independence”, “I love my profession”. We watched videos where students made congratulations, told in detail the story about the origin of tenge, about the profession of a financier.
On November 15, 2023, Candidate of Economics associate professor Kurmanova G.K., Master of Economics, senior lecturer Salimbayeva Sh. D. organized an intellectual game “Financial Quest” among students of 1-3 courses of EP 6B04106 – Finance, 6B04102 – Economics, 6B04103 – Management, 6B04104 – Governmental and local management, 6B04105 – Accounting and Auditing. Students took an active part in the event, the questions were interesting.
On November 16, 2023, senior lecturers of the Department of Finance and Economics Togasheva D. S. and Tuleugalieva N.I. organized an excursion to the museum of the West Kazakhstan branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for students of 1-3 courses of EP 6B04106 – Finance, 6B04102 – Economics, 6B04103 – Management, 6B04104 – Governmental and local management, 6B04105 – Accounting and auditing. In the museum, students got acquainted with used computers, gold, silver coins, various coins for holidays, with new banknotes with interest.
On November 16, 2023, in honor of the 30-th anniversary of the national currency of the country – tenge, the head of the department “Working with cash and cash transactions” of the West Kazakhstan branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akhanov Yerkebulan Orynbasarovich delivered a lecture on the history of the emergence of tenge in the country. The lecture was very interesting.
On November 17, 2023, a round table on the topic – “The present and future of the national currency of Kazakhstan” was organized by senior lecturer of the Department of Finance and Economics Tuleugalieva N.I.
