On January 29, 2025, at the Department of Physical Culture and Informatics, under the guidance of the Master of Physical Culture and Sports, R.V. Grishin, a seminar was organized for students in the educational program “Physical Culture and Sports” on the topic “Characteristics of gymnastics exercises in the school curriculum.”
The purpose of the lesson: to give a description of gymnastics exercises in physical education classes at school.
During the seminar, the topics of the history of gymnastics development in the world and in Kazakhstan were touched upon. About how gymnastics exercises have developed and improved over a certain historical period. How gymnastics developed into an independent sport and became part of the Olympic Games program in the 20th century.
The workshop also highlighted the similarities and differences between gymnastics and gymnastics taught at school.
The seminar provided information on what types of exercises gymnastics consists of in the school curriculum, what equipment and equipment are used in physical education classes. During the lesson, special attention was paid to safety in gymnastics lessons, injury prevention, and teaching students how to properly insure themselves when performing gymnastic exercises..
The seminar was accompanied by the presentation of photographs, drawings, slides of various gymnastic exercises on an interactive whiteboard.
