On March 11, 2022, a regular meeting of the scientific expert group of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the West Kazakhstan region on the topic “New Kazakhstan-a new look” was held in the building of the House of Friendship to discuss the address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym–JomartTokayev in connection with the January events in Kazakhstan.
The meeting was attended by the head of the institution “Kogamdykkelisim” of the Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region M. Kambetov, Head of the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the West Kazakhstan Region T. T. Shaikhiev, Professor of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, Candidate of Historical Sciences J. T. Ernazarov, Head of the Department of History and Law of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, Balykova A.M., as well as employees of the institution “public consent”.

During the meeting, the work plan of the scientific expert group of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of the West Kazakhstan region for 2022 was approved. The head of the institution “Kogamdykkelisim” M. Kambetov told about topical issues and values that open the way to a bright future of new Kazakhstan, about what is being done to preserve independence, strengthen it. During the meeting, Professor of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, Candidate of Historical Sciences Zh. T. Yernazarov made a report on “the economic power of Kazakhstan in a new era”, noting the need to be ready for a new climate of the world market, the importance of building a diversified and technology-based economy. At the same time, ErnazarovZh. T. noted: “The economy should be aimed at improving the well-being of the population, the urgent demand of society for a fair distribution of benefits from the growth of national incomes, the establishment of effective social steps must be fulfilled without fail.” – he said.
Head of the Department of History and Law of the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, Candidate of Historical Sciences Balykova A.M. in her report “A new stage in the development of Kazakhstan” highlighted the issues of making complex changes in the approaches of territorial and spatial development of the country, the management of urbanization processes in the regions, the phased implementation of the “Wave of migration”, close interaction of the population in large cities and the possibilities of solving problems of social tension.
