As part of the Quality Week “Digital Technologies in Education – as a Factor in Improving the Quality of Professional Training,” Bagdagul Bekkaliyevna Gabbasova, senior lecturer at the Department of Philology and Teaching Methods, organized a master class on “Effective Ways to Develop Short-Term Plans in Elementary Schools” on November 13, 2025. Zhazira Kozhagulovna Nurasheva, a primary school teacher at the aesthetics school and a researcher, was invited as a special guest. Bagdagul Bekkaliyevna comprehensively examined the theoretical, practical, psychological, and methodological aspects of effective ways to develop short-term plans for students entering industrial training, and Zhazira Kozhagulovna shared her experience with effective lesson planning.

The best practices and modern methods presented during the master class proved particularly valuable for the students. Future teachers who participated in the event not only learned new information but also identified important areas for their professional development and mastered specific methods and techniques that could be used in their teaching.

The master class was a meaningful and useful platform, demonstrating to teachers and students how to build positive relationships through effective lesson planning.
