On May 23, 2025, a “Job Fair” was organized at the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.
The main goal of the event was to establish a direct connection between graduates and employers, provide young professionals with employment opportunities, and organizations with an effective platform for recruiting personnel. More than 25 government agencies and private companies took part in the fair, offering vacancies in various specialties.
About 100 graduates and applicants had the opportunity to personally meet with employers and leave their resumes. Among the participants were such organizations as the Akim’s office of Zashagan, preschool educational institutions, sports schools, second-tier banks, psychological rehabilitation centers, KazStroykompany LLP, the Uralsk Police Department, the Zhuban Moldagaliyev City Library, the City Career Center and the regional branch of the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
Following the results of the fair, many graduates received employment opportunities. In particular, the private preschool institution “Ayana” agreed to hire two graduates of “Physical training and Sports”, as well as one graduate in the educational program “Psychology”. TOO “KazStroykompany” invited two graduates to the position of marketer. The participants of the event established contacts with potential personnel and replenished the personnel reserve of their organizations. The employers expressed gratitude to the organizers for holding the event and noted its importance.
