On October 18, 2019, the Republican Scientific and Practical Conference “The process of converting the state language into the language of interethnic communication” was held at West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, dedicated to the 65-th birthday of the well-known Turkologist, Honored worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philology, professor Burkitov Otarali Burkitovich.

The conference was attended by: the famous correspondent-scientist, professor at the Eurasian National University after Gumelev L.N. Zhakyp Zhantas Altayuly (Nur-Sultan), associate professor of Aktobe regional state University named after K.Zhubanov , Candidate of Philology Saduakas Nurbol Abdillauly, associate professor of Aktobe regional state university named after K.Zhubanov, Candidate of Philology Mukhtarov Sabyrzhan Sagidullaevich (Aktobe), associate professor of Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, Candidate of Philology Abdrakhmanova Zhumaziya (Atyrau), as well as lecturers of universities and colleges of Uralsk, teachers of regional schools and students.

The conference was attended by about 100 scientific articles from Astana, Almaty, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Aktobe, Atyrau and Uralsk.
