On the 23th of April, 2026 Professor Kadyrgaliev N.M. of the department if GED lead the seminar on the theme “Actual Issues in Pedagogy of High School” according to the plan of Pedagogical Excellence School.
The purpose of the seminar is to share personal professional experience with colleagues, to develop the professional and pedagogical culture of teachers, and to improve the educational process for training competent, creative specialists capable of self-development.
At the beginning of the event, a presentation was shown in which the professor presented pedagogical mastery as a set of personal qualities that ensure a high level of self-organization in professional teaching activities. A comparative table of traditional and humanistic educational paradigms was also presented. After discussing the styles of pedagogical communication (based on the models of psychologist M. Talen), Nurbulat Mendygaliyev summarized the event.
