On April 24, 2026, as part of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Education in the Age of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence: Values, Ethics, and Practice,” dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of Doctor of Pedagogy, methodologist, and professor Aliya Mendeshevna Mukhanbetzhanova, a research meetup was held at the Institute of Education and Management on the topic of “Synergy of Intellects: Education Development Strategies in Metaspace and Personal Value Orientations in the Age of AI.” The event, moderated by Asylbek Sapargalievich Irgaliyev, Candidate of Pedagogy and associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, focused on a conceptual model for integrating high-tech AI-based solutions into the educational process to strengthen humanistic values.

Leading scientists and specialists from Kazakhstan and Russia spoke at the expert roundtable discussion. Kamalbek Meirbekuly Berkimbayev, Doctor of Pedagogy and Professor at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khodja Akhmet Yassaui, presented a report on the transformation of didactic principles and value orientations in the training of future teachers. Vadim Valerievich Grinshkun, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, Scientific Director of the Laboratory for the Development of the Digital Educational Environment of the Russian Academy of Education, and Professor of the Department of Informatization of Education at Moscow City Pedagogical University, discussed the unification and integration of digital resources in the development of an information educational environment. Erbol Bolatovich Absalyamov, Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Management Sciences (KAIST) and Master of Science in Mechanics from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, discussed aspects of digital ecosystem management and the use of data in the context of education. Elena Avtandilovna Chaladze, Candidate of Pedagogy, associate professor, and Head of the Department of Speech Therapy, Special Education, and Special Psychology at Samara State Social and Pedagogical University, spoke about next-generation assistive technologies and brain-computer interfaces. Yerdan Sovetovich Katayev, PhD, associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, presented the results of identifying learning difficulties in schoolchildren based on the integration of a hermeneutic-phenomenological approach with AI tools. Natalya Yuryevna Abramova, founder of the Neuronik AI ecosystem, an expert in artificial intelligence, and a lecturer at Maksut Narikbayev University, spoke about generative AI as a tool for teachers’ transition to digital leadership. The meeting, coordinated by Aida Ardakovna Sisengali, a Master of Psychology student and senior lecturer, resulted in a synthesis of ideas for preserving the “human in human” and developing a “roadmap” for young researchers in the fields of digital pedagogy and AI ethics.
