On May 14, 2025, lecturers from the Department of Veterinary and Technosphere Safety of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University (WKITU IOT), N.B. Aldibekova and N.S. Khamieva, conducted career orientation work at the Higher Agricultural and Technical College.

In the 2024–2025 academic year, the Higher Agricultural and Technical College plans to graduate students majoring in “Fire Safety”: a total of 65 graduates from two Kazakh-language groups and one Russian-language group. Group curators: A.M. Kismetova, E.S. Yermukhanova, and A.Kh. Akhmetova.

During the meeting, students were provided with information about the educational system of WKITU IOT, the educational programs being implemented, admission requirements, and the opportunities for obtaining state grants. Special attention was given to the conditions of full-time and distance learning after college graduation, military department training, as well as student benefits and support programs.

Career guidance materials, including brochures and colorful informational booklets, were distributed to the college students.

The event contributed to raising awareness among senior students about the prospects of obtaining higher education at WKITU IOT and expanded their understanding of in-demand and promising specialties.
