On April 25, 2025, the regular meeting of the academic committee was held at the Finance and Economics Department of the Institute of Education and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University. The meeting of the committee was attended by heads of regional, city enterprises, heads of state institutions, directors of bank branches, students, teachers and graduates, who discussed the draft educational programs 6B04106 Finance, 7M04101 Finance, 6B04105 Accounting and Auditing, 6B04102 Economics, 7M04102 Economics, 6B04104 Public and Local Government, 6B04103 Management, for the 2025-2026 academic year and discussed the learning outcomes.

The academic committee developing the EP includes:

  1. Yerkegalieva R.Zh. – Head of the Regional Development Department of the Department of Strategy and Economic Development of the West Kazakhstan Region;
  2. Bisekenova G.V. – Regional Accountant of TechnodomOperator JSC (Technodom Operator);
  3. Kadyrbekov M.Ch. – Republican State Institution “State Revenue Department for the City of Uralsk of the State Revenue Department for the West Kazakhstan Region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan”
  4. Borangaliev A.B. – Head of the Unified HR Management Service of the Uralsk City Akim’s Office.
  5. Zhurumukhamedov B.B. – Head of the Treasury Department for the West Kazakhstan Region, HR Department;
  6. Mikhailova N.V. – Head of the Bank Branch of Bank Center Credit JSC;
  7. Khrysev D.A. – Director of TRISTAR LLP;
  8. Kabesova S.Kh. – Director of QazStroyKompany LLP.
  9. Zhubaeva S.I. – Head of the Non-Financial Support Department of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the West Kazakhstan Region “Atameken”.

          During the meeting, the participants of the academic committee voiced their proposals for the development and updating of the EP, taking into account staffing, provision of educational programs with information resources, provision of practice bases, and methodological support for the implementation of the EP.

Following the meeting, a decision was made to make appropriate changes to the educational programs.
