On March 12, 2025, at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, a discussion meeting of the academic committee with stakeholders was held, dedicated to updating and supplementing the educational programs 6B01201–Preschool education and upbringing, 6B01202–Preschool education (IP), 6B01101–Pedagogy and Psychology, 7M01101–Pedagogy and Psychology for the 2025-2026 academic year. The discussion of educational programs was attended by the faculty of the department, heads of structural divisions of the university, stakeholders: vice-rector for academic and methodological work of WKITU Mashanova S.A., director of the Institute of Education and Management Tasmagambetov A.S., head of the department of planning and organization of the educational process Tulegenova A.U., employers, students, magistrands, graduates, representatives of public organizations, professional associations: head of kindergarten No. 13 “Zein” Buentaeva M.A., director of SBI the Nursery-Kindergarten No. 10 “Balapan” Abdulova B.T., director of SBI the Nursery-Kindergarten No. 7 “Ainalaiyn” of the Education Department of Uralsk of the Education Department of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan Region Kenzhegarina A.S., director of SBI the Nursery-Kindergarten No. 8 “Arai” Tuleshova M.T., teacher – psychologist of KSU Secondary School No. 20 Batyrgazieva G.S., methodologist of the Uralsk College of Humanities and Technics Sralieva V.A., typhlopedagogist of the city PMPK Samarkhanova A.T.
On current issues of improving educational programs and the main needs for updating educational programs, members of the academic committee, Candidate of Pedagogy, associate professor Kinzhekova R.S., Candidate of Pedagogy, associate professor Nabidollina Sh.S., Candidate of Pedagogy, associate professor Dzhonisova G.K., Doctor of Pedagogy, associate professor Bakhisheva S.M. shared their proposals.
During the meeting, the participants shared their opinions on the development and updating of educational programs, taking into account the coverage of personnel, the educational program with information resources, material and technical, practical base. At the same time, within the framework of the project “Strengthening the Pedagogical Potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the training of preschool teachers will be continued based on the innovative educational program 6B01202-Preschool Education (IP) of the Kostanai Regional University named after A. Baitursynov. Following the meeting, it was proposed to update and supplement the educational programs of the bachelor’s and master’s degrees for the 2025-2026 academic year and to form a catalog of elective disciplines.
