Within the framework of the WKITU Decade of Science, dedicated to the birthday of Academician K. On April 8, 2025, the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety hosted a scientific student conference with international participation on the topic of: “Modern approaches to ensuring quality and safety in veterinary medicine, standardization and vital activity”.

The conference discussed topical issues of quality assurance and safety in veterinary practice, as well as standardization, occupational safety and health. During the event, students and undergraduates presented their scientific papers, which cover a wide range of topics – from new technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of animal diseases to the introduction of modern safety standards in the agro-industrial complex.

The reports of the students of the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman were of particular interest. The reports also focused on new technologies in the field of environmental protection, including waste recycling and the use of alternative materials, ensuring safe working conditions, and emergency notification systems.

The event was an important step in strengthening international relations and sharing experiences between future scientists.
